Ottawa Senators Clinched Playoff Spot

The Ottawa Senators claimed there playoff spot by defeating the Philadelphia Flyers 3-1 today.

Here are the reasons why they are in the playoffs.

They had a difficult season this year, but they had one of the biggest comeback ever !! With there new coach and Andrew Hammond, they earned that playoff spot and they deserve it. They got big help from Kyle Turris, Bobby Ryan, Mark Stone and others but most likely Andrew Hammond helped them alot. Ottawa had goaltending problems before Hammond was there. Robin Lehner is injured and Craig Anderson is there backup goalie right now. They will be hard to beat this year.

Ottawa will probably face in the playoffs Montreal. They will probably beat Montreal (coming from a Habs fan) It will be an intresting series between those teams. Facing against Carey Price, P.K. Subban and the Canadiens, it will be an entertaning series.
