The Montreal Canadiens eliminated The Ottawa Senators after a long series that they won the game 2-0 and won the series 4-2. Here are the reasons why they won the series.

The Montreal Candiens dominated the Ottawa Senators in the first 3 games of the series. But since Craig Anderson came, they had difficulties to play against them for 2 games. With the help of Carey Price, Dale Weise and most likely the 4th line ( Prust, Mitchell and Flynn) they had a good series. But Montreal need help of there best fowards to score. Brendan Gallagher was proving he was there for the team, Tomas Plekanec was there a bit, but Max Pacioretty and others didn't do that much in the series. They need to be better in front. Ottawa had an amazing season this year. They were also good inthe playoffs, they got help from Erik Karlsson, Mark Stone, Craig Anderson and others. We all knew Ottawa would not go to the 2nd round, they were playing crazy at the end of the season and they started to be tired and lost the series.
