Top 10 Trades Of The Summer 2015 In The NHL.

So there was alot of trades this summer and here is my top 10 biggest trades of the summer.

Patrick Sharp and Stephen Johns for Trevor Daley and Ryan Garbutt

This was a great trade. There were alot of rumours about Patrick Sharp being traded and he got traded to Dallas. Sharp is a good fit for Dallas and they had to give a key player to get Sharp. So they gave to Chicago Trevor daley and Ryan Garbutt. Daley had is best offensive season this year and now he is with a better team and they have better chances to win the cup. In my opinion they both win the trade.

T.J. Oshie for Troy Brouwer, Pheonix Copley and a 3rd round pick

They were lots or rumours about T.J. Oshie being traded to help St-Louis to go farther in the playoffs, so decided to trade him to Washington and they got Troy Brouwer. T.J. Oshie is a great player but he has difficulties in the playoffs and Troy Brouwer and alot of playoffs experiance and could help St-Louis alot this year. For me St-Louis wins the trade.

Scott Harrington, Kasperi Kapanen, Nick Spaling 1st round pick and 3rd round pick for Phil Kessel, 2nd round pick, Tim Erixon and Tyler Biggs

For the entire year, there were rumours about Phil Kessel being traded away, and they did trade him to Pittsburg for lots of young prospects. Scott Harrington will be a great Young Defensemen for Toronto, Kasperi Kapanen will be a great player and Nick Spaling is a great Depth foward. Pittsburg got not so great other young depth but they still got Phil Kessel. So to me they both win the trade.

Brandon Saad, Alex Broadhurst, Michael Pliotta for Artem Anisimov, Marko Dano, Corey Tropp, Jeremy Morin anda 4th round pick

Chicago needed to get rid of Brandon Saad and they did and they got in return Artem Anisimov and Marko Dano. Columbus now have there dream team and Chicago got great players but not has great has Saad. Dano could be a good player with them but Columbus wins that trade for sure.

Ryan O.Reilly and Jamie McGinn for Nikita Zadorov, Mikhail Grigorenko, J.T. Compher and 2nd round pick

Colorado didn't want him anymore so they traded him to Buffalo for young prospect. Buffalo is already a better team with Kane, Eichel and O'Reilly there going to be scary. Colorado got young prospects who could be NHL stars in the near future. So in my opinion Buffalo wins the trade.

Milan Lucic for 1st round pick, Martin Jones and Colin Miller

Milan Lucic was to expensive for Boston so they traded him to Los Angeles for a 1st round pick and Martin Jones who got traded after to The San Jose Sharks. Los Angeles they win the trade for sure. yes they got rid of a first round pick, but Boston already traded Jones and Boston got like nothing in this trade, so LA wins for sure.

Dougie Hamilton for 2 round picks

Calgary got Dougie Hamilton for only round picks that is crazy. That was a steal. Now Calgary are stacked in Defense with Mark Giordano, T.J. Brodie, Kris Russel and Dougie Hamilton, they are already a better team.

Round Picks for Cam Talbot and 7th round pick

Cam Talbot is considered a number one goalie now and because Henrik Lundqvist stays in New York, they traded him to The Edmonton Oilers for a fue round picks. Edmonton wins the trade for sure and they got finally a number one goalie.

5th round pick and Zack Kassian for Brandon Prust

There some rumours about Zack Kassian being traded but no one saw him being traded to Montreal. The biggest surprise is that Montreal gave away Brandon Prust who has great leadership in the team but if you want your team to be better you gotta do what you gotta do. So this trade Montreal wins the trade for sure because they now have a Goon to protect the team.

1st round pick for Robin Lehner and David Legwand

Ottawa had to trade one goalie and they did trade Robin Lehner to Buffalo with David Legwand and they got a 1st round pick. They finally have a number one goalie but not ready to be number one. So Ottawa wins this trade for sure.
