Now that the Playoffs are over, I will talk about my top 30 players of the year. 30 teams, one player per team are in this Top 30. I will only talk about the top 10.
10: The Nashville Predators: Roman Josi
He helped the team alot this year, they almost didn't go to the playoffs this year but him and his teammates helped the team to be where they are now. He had a carrer high this year with 14 goals and 47 assits (61 points). Pretty great season for a D-man.

9: The St-Louis Blues: Vladimir Tarasenko
Tarasenko had another carrer high in points with 74 points. That one point difference from last year 73 points. He will always be a dominant player in the NHL, and his team is already good but with him they are even better.

8: The Tampa Bay Lightning: Nikita Kucherov
Kucherov had the same year like Tarasenko. A carrer high of 66 points, again one point difference from last year 65 points. Kucherov has helped this team alot during the season has lead in points in the post season for Tampa Bay.

7: The Florida Panthers: Jaromir Jagr
Of course he didn't had a carrer high he is so old. But at his age, at 44 years old, Jagr made 66 points for the Florida Panthers. He made an NHL record, the oldest player to make more than 60 points in a season. Thats amazing. Thats why he is in the top 10.

6: The San Jose Sharks: Brent Burns
Burns had an incredible season, thats why he could win the Norris Trophy for best Defencemen this year. He also had a carrer high of 75 points. That much points for a D-man, thats incredible. Thats why he is in the top 10 and also for the playoffs he had.

5: The Los Angeles Kings: Anze Kopitar
Kopitar had a great year not a carrer high but one of his best. With 74 points, Kopitar earned a big contract extension with the Kings because of his recent performence. Thats why he's in the top 10.

4: The Pittsburg Penguins: Sidney Crosby
Sidney Crosby had a great year. At the start, it wasn't going well with there old coach but since Mike Sullivan came in, he played like the old Crosby and he had 85 points this year and won the Stanley Cup this year. An NHL Legend.

3: The Dallas Stars: Jamie Benn
Jamie Benn won the Art-Ross for the most points in the league and this year he made more points than last year. With 89 points, Benn had a great year, he got far in the playoffs with the Stars. Thats why he is in the top 10.

2: The Washington Capitals: Braden Holtby
Holtby was the best goalie in the league this year. Carey Price got injured so he became the best one. with 48 wins with the Capitals, he helped the team win the President Trophy and went kind of far but not to much in the post season. He wins the Vezina for sure.

1: The Chicago Blackhawks: Patrick Kane
Kane had a carrer high with 106 points, not only did he win the Art-Ross Trophy for the most points, but he broke a record for the most points made by an American hockey player in a season. He didn't go far in the playoffs, eliminated in the first round, he is number one for the great season he had.
